TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Genesis Behavioral Services Targeted Management Program, located at 2819 West Highland Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53210.  The Case Management Program supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to live independently in the community to the maximum extent possible. Genesis’s strengths-based Case Managers provide support, ongoing monitoring, and service coordination with medical, social service, psychiatric, AODA, faith-based, employment/vocational, Peer Specialists, and other community resources.
